Our partners may also send relevant financial offers in accordance with this Policy.

9. Company Policy: Payment and Reimbursement Terms

9.1 Payment Terms

• Policy Statement:
  "Opulence FinServ is committed to timely payments for all vendors, contractors, and service providers. Payments will be processed within 90 working days from the date of receipt of an accurate invoice, along with all required supporting documents.
  Applicable deductions, such as TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) under the Income Tax Act, 1961 (e.g., Section 194J for professional services), will be made as per government regulations. The deducted amount will be deposited with the government as per statutory timelines, and the TDS certificate will be issued to the service provider in due course."

• Key Notes:
  • The 90-day payment timeline excludes weekends and public holidays.
  • Any discrepancies in the invoice or documentation will result in delays, with the timeline restarting upon receipt of the corrected documents.

9.2 Reimbursement Terms

• Policy Statement:
  "Any reimbursements made by Opulence FinServ to clients or stakeholders will incur a 10% service charge on the total reimbursed amount. This service charge is levied to cover administrative and processing costs.
  The service charge will be clearly mentioned in the reimbursement statement or invoice and is subject to applicable taxes, including GST, if applicable."

• Key Notes:
  • Reimbursements will only be processed upon submission of valid supporting documents and approval by the relevant authority within the company.
  • The 10% service charge will not be waived under any circumstances.
  •   As per applicable Indian laws and regulatory guidelines, the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is a legally required document that must be duly signed between Opulence FinServ and the customer before any reimbursement or financial claim can be processed. Without a properly signed MOU, no other form of communication, including emails or messages through any medium, will be considered valid or legally binding.

Compliance and Updates

• These policies are designed in adherence to Maharashtra state laws, the Income Tax Act, 1961, and GST regulations.
• Opulence FinServ reserves the right to review and amend these policies periodically to align with regulatory updates and operational requirements.
